Bingo is good this week, we do need someone for Setup shift next week 330-5.

Rotoract Club - Received the gift card from us and will be sending photos and info from events.

January Social Event - Still under planing.

Frost Fest and Barrington Christmas Event are coming in December.  If you interested in helping with a table, let Will or Alexx know ASAP.

Ric’s Honor Bench - We voted and approved today.  It should be installed by the end of the year.  We will have an event to commemorate, TBA.

Member Dues - Were due in July. 5-6 members need to pay their Dues.

We discussed sponsoring Music on Main St/Summer Concerts for Durham and Barrington.  More info to follow.

Community Connections - Should we do it again. - 2026 new Program for ORCR.  More details to follow.

We discussed "Rides from Hospital to Home".  George brought it us as a needy project.  We are working on details an information.  

UNH Hockey Game - Friday Nov 29, 2024 - Shave for Cancer Team Fund raiser we are supporting.

Boot and Shoe - Chuck is working with the schools.  Looks like we will be doing about 200 this year.

Hams for Christmas - We voted to gift the Pantries that want gift cards money so they can get the gift cards they want.  We discussed $500 each for them.  St. Thomas Moore asked for 60 Turkeys for Thanks Giving.  We will probably be doing about 250 hams for Christmas.
