Announcements
Pres. Tom: This will be our last regular meeting before the changeover social.  In case some members will not be able to make it next week, he wanted to thank everyone now for the terrific support they provided to him this past year ... The social will be on Thursday, June 27th, from 6 to 9 PM at Josiah's Meetinghouse on Rte 125 where we gathered last year.  The dress is casual.  Everyone is invited to bring a dish - Josiah's will warm it up if needed.  There will be a cash bar again ... District will host a Rotary Family Day at the lighthouse at Cape Elizabeth this coming Saturday, Jun 22nd ... We've been invited to staff the concession stand at UNH for the CHAD high school football game on Jun 27th benefiting Children's Hospital at Dartmouth.  Show time is 5 PM.  Tom has several volunteers but needs at least 6 so make the call quickly if you are available.

Andy: Frank B has Bingo on 6/27.  He may still need a partner.  Check Google docs for open dates.

Phil: Will finish the last Little Free Library today.

Will: The Durham swap shop project is scheduled for Jul 17th.  We'll meet on site at 7:30 AM.  Check with Will to see what tools would be helpful you could bring.  We'll check for manning again when we get closer to the date.

John:  We have $13,000 pledged for the 4th of July celebration; $8,300 of that is in hand.

Will: We have made a lot of calls, but the sponsor response has been less than last year.  If there are businesses you have a connection to, check with him to see if they have been contacted.  If not, please set aside the time this week to get the calls made to secure sponsors.

Pres. Tom: After much discussion concerning financing the 4th, a motion was offered to borrow up to $12,000 from the Endowment Fund to cover bills with terms of payback to be determined.  The club approved.

Megabucks: $339
