Meeting Notes and Announcements

Phil is working on scheduling a group visit to see and hang with Jud Porter.  Please reach out if you are interested, let him know dates that are good or bad.

UNH Football Concessions are done.

UNH Hockey Concessions are still coming.  Next game December 4.  No one is signed up at this time.  We need members to sign up.  If you want to split a shift, find a partner and sign up together.

Bill D reported that he and John pretty much finished the Long March Trails repairs alone.  There is one more Plank to set.

Citrus Sale is over, Steph will report on orders at the meeting.  He will also be coordinating deliveries.

The Oyster Fest Committee will be scheduling a meeting soon.

Phil and bill will be putting together a plan for the Lilac Sale.

Gina and Phil are working on putting together a meeting at Riverwoods Durham.

Chuck reported he has contacted the schools and started delivering the Boot and Shoe coupons.

We have requests for about 200 Hams for Christmas.  Please get your donations to John or Bill.

Marina's Miles has reported 2022 will be there last year.  They have asked if we would like to take it over, Phil is going to reach out to Rob and David and discuss it.

Club Forum

Our last meeting was at Clark's Bistro.  (my opinion) The meeting started off well, we had the room to our selves.  Food was ordered, Phil started the meeting.  The room started to fill up, (since we didn't fill it up) and it got load...  We had introduction for Alan Rogers, welcome Alan.   

At the meeting on December 1, we will be making a schedule for meetings in 2022.  Please bring your solutions and comments to that meeting.
