Newmarket Backyard Bash August 5
Setup 3:30pm, take down 7:30pm
Planning meeting tonight, Phil and Kerry are going.
Club voted to make $100.00 donation and purchase $30 gift card for Raffle.
Bocce Ball, Tent Rotary Promotion,
Bingo, tomorrow, 4 Aug. - Chuck and Russ are going.
20 Aug., Load Crutches, etc. into shipping container, help requested.
24 Aug., Awards Dinner - See email reminder
Vision committee - Bill, Will, Sara, Phil, Tom and Jeanine will set a meeting and report back.
Seacoast Seafood Festival - we have not received a request. So no helping this year.
Madbury Day - 10 Sept. - We are going to setup a Tent/Table. Time is 9-12 at TownHall.
Lee Fair - Sept 17 - more details to come
UNH FootBall Concessions - We are going to do 5 games. We will be running the Express Counter.

UNH Hockey Concession - None for us this year.
Received a nice Thank You Note from ORHS Scholarship Sara Lions.

We are going to order a new Rotary Table Cloth for events
Damariscotta-Newcastle Rotary Club fund Raiser, kayak raffle.
Gregg Dowty, Assistant Governor Coaching on creating a year long event sign up calender. Make a list of all projects for sign up with dates, one hour, set up a date.
Ri, Presidential Initiatives: Creating a Welcoming Club Experience, Creating an Inclusive Club Culture.
We are going to order a new Table Cloth for events.
