Rotary Olympics/Tri-Events:  September 27, 2020 - Powder Major's Farm.

Change over event - Renee will head up the food.  Tom T will be b ring a grill.  Phil is Chair.

 

Olympics:  September 27, Sunday - Powder Major's Farm.  

Setup will be September 26.  Chuck is in charge of grounds and setup. Ideas for events, Bocce, Golf Driving Range, Corn Hole, Disc Golf, etc.  We will need volunteers:  Restrooms monitors, Event Judges, Food and Bev.  Tom is working on Food and Bev.  Intended to be Family event, we need trophies too.

Suggested we build and sell Corn Hole Game setups.
