One Guest came to visit.
Dianne Heaton, from Madbury, was invited by Chuck to be a guest of the club at our meeting.

Old Business
    Ukraine.  Ric and Steve:  talked about the Ukrainian family in Stratham that took our donations over the weekend.  They had multiple trucks loaded to go down to the docks in NJ Sunday night.

    Oyster River Festival. Steve: 17 Oyster farmers are meeting on 3/24 at 5 PM to discuss.

    Lilac sale.  Phil, Bill and Gina: will meet with Dan Sheehan, manager of the Plaza to discuss specific space requirements.
Phil: downpayment made to Northern Nurseries on the 200 plants.
Ric: we may be able to do some presales through the UNH Parents Assn.

T Shirts.  Shirt that were ordered are in.  Will has them.
Steve: asked if we had any heavier shirts available for purchase.  Ric thought Russell-Hampton or Awards4U might have in their catalogues.

Brochure - any more photos?  Candace:  said she had a gigabyte of photos but no time to go through them.  Steve asked is she be amenable to transferring them to thumb drives which we could split us among several of us for review.

RYLA.  Chuck and Ric:  spoken with the appropriate people at both schools, and waiting for applications.  Dianne Heaton said she had some contacts at ORHS.

RiverWoods.  We will rehearse with one powerpoint slide on 3/23 at 8PM.  A Zoom invitation will be sent out.

    Highway cleanup.  Bill: Apr 27 at 7::30 AM.  Meet at the truck stops.  Works best with 10.  Bring vests if you have them.
                       Ric: will pick up and return signs and some vests to DOT in Dover.
