Old Business/Committee Reports
Our last business meeting at 3 Chimney’s was incredibly great.
John mentioned getting our Rotary magazine out into the public. We voted to send Rotary Magazines to all local Libraries, Jeanne said that the Riverwoods library has 2 copies all ready.
Awards Dinner/Social was great! Went smoothly.
Madbury Playground construction went smoothly. Kerry and Alan Rogers brought a friend to help along with his three kids. Noreen sent me some photos and will send some more as there was a person assigned to talk photos to be shared by all.
Football concessions went well. Had six helping, two were volunteers, Andrea and Sara, Steve’s wife and daughter. We think 4-6 members makes it run well. We need more volunteers to sign up.
Football, sign up calender, Sat. Sept. 17, short two Rotary/volunteer members.
Lee Fair/Madbury Day it looks like these events don't really have a place for groups to have a table to tent. So we are not doing anything this year.
