We need to move our bank accounts and get on-line and credit card payments up and running for Lilac Sale. Credit Card processing needs a letter from the board.

- Facebook event has been created and community members invited. Please share this if you are on social media
- Vendors and Sponsorships please keep track of who you have approached for sponsorship and let Alexx know. Please approach your connections prior to 3/1. After 3/1 we will start to “blanket” send the sponsorship for via email to local businesses. Currently have two sponsors: (Thank you Jeannie and Service Credit Union for being our very first sponsors)
- I will have printed materials that people can hand out at the meeting tomorrow.
- Not for the agenda, but something that was an oversight on my part was the administration side of sponsorships (i.e. creating invoices and receipts) I will manually create an invoice each time someone responds to the form and send it to them. John will need to let me know once they have paid so I can generate a receipt unless you can think of a better way.
- Give away Blue bird boxes - 30 from Bill Dreapeau - $150.00 for wood and screws

- Alexx have made edits to the Lilac Sale flyers
- we are going to open up to on-line payments throughs the website this year.
- As soon as we have presales figured out I will create a facebook event I just don’t want to create a public facing event without all of the information being correct

We discussed encouraging members to make there annual donations and that the club would discuss matching? in the past, Members committing to donating $100 per year.
In the past after a member made it 80% of Paul Harris, the Club paid to the remainder. Some other clubs do a "Birthday Check to Foundation".
