Pres-elect Steve: We all need to refocus on membership.

Tom B: I'd like to look into partnership members with organizations like Kiwanis and the Lions.  A membership like that would cost at least the combined membership fees of the District and RI which would amount to about $120 according to John.

Bill: Thankful for the great turnout the other day at Waysmeet to deliver turkeys.  We gave them 120 of varying sizes which will best suit their clients' household sizes.  Our cost was $1,006 (netted Market Basket no profit).  Friday we'll need another pickup, one for the 45 turkeys for Lee Church; the other for the 40 hams to St Thomas More Church.  To date, we've collected $1,068 with another $220 in the mail.  So we can still use members' donations to match the Charitable fund contribution.

Jan: Has a brand new coffee maker which she will donate to the club.  Thank you, Jan.

Phil: We have a speaker for Jan 9th.  After that we're open so please use the holidays to think about speakers you believe we'd enjoy hearing.

A slate of officers was proposed for 2020-2021: Pres: Steven Kniaz, Pres-elect: Phil Albright, Pres-Nominee: Sarah Cormier, Treasurer: John Belcher, Secretary (pro-tem) Ric Erickson, and Club Protection Officer: Ann Schieber.  Appointments for committees of special interest to District and/or RI for that same year are Rotary Foundation: David Hadley, Membership: Tom Boisvert, and Programming: Phil Albright.  We'll vote as a club for the officer slate when we return after the holidays.

John: Reminded us that the Amazon Smile program has netted us about $300 this year.  It's very easy to work with their web site to designate the club.  0.5% of the purchase amount is transferred to the club.

Megabucks: $12.50
