Brian is a founding member of the Club, from 1986. He was born in MA, but move to area for UNH. After Graduating UNH, he decided to stick around. He worked in Police and them State of NH in Public Safety. Started in Lee's first Police chief in 1972, retired from Lee in 2001. Worked for FEMA as an Emergency Security Manager until 2015. Then moved on to Town of Effingham as Town Manager. Helped clean up town data security, accounting, and a few lawsuits.
