We delivered 86 hams and $600 worth of Gift Cards this year.  Barrington Food Panty and St. Thomas Moore got Hams.  Waysmeet got gift cards.

 

Discussed ChangeOver Dinner.  Only 7 people have signed up.

 

We agreed to continue Bingo into 2023 with Dover Club

 

Phil is working on the Lilac Sale details on what to order, deadline is 1/15/23

 

Alexx is working on Officers and Committees for next year.

 

We voted to continue 2 morning meetings, 1 evening meeting and last week for committee meetings.

 

Donnette Sackie, Scott Schaier and Ian Lundberg are in process as new members.  Ian was  guest at our meeting.

 

Vision Committee is meeting next week on Wed at 5pm at Clarks.

 

Tom is working Summer Fest with the Fund Raising Committee.
