The NHHBA has about 500 members in NH. Currently there is a housing shortage in the NH, about 40,000 units short.
Matt let us know our own Alexx M is going to be the Builder of the year for 2024.
The NHHBA is working on 3 major projects this year. 1 State/1Code for building, Accessory Dwelling Rights bill, and Land use “Current use" tax adjustment bill.
They are also working on Hope Act - encouraging municipality to open up town property to owner occupied starter houses.
Matt also has a project helping HS students in Vo-Tech Programs with expenses. The Club voted to give him $500 for this.

Happy Holidays Everyone.
Holiday Hams - We are picking up hams and delivering them this Sat Dec 14 and Mon Dec 16. We will be picking up at Durham Hannaford and delivering to local Food Banks. If you can help or have any questions, reach out to Will.
Will and Alexx are delivering the Adapt a Family gifts today. The Club purchased the gifts and gift cards.
UNH RotorAct Club and our Club delivered about 50 Gift Mugs to Assisted Living Center. Our club collected the mugs and Rotoract filled them treats and gifts and delivered them.
Alexx is working on January Social. Location and Date coming soon.
Reminder - We still have Bingo. We need members to sign up for Dec 26 and January dates. We also need Counters each week, please sign in at the counter when you go to count, and let Will know how many hours you are going.
Our next meeting is January 15. In January we go to 1st and 3rd Wednesday morning meetings. We do not have a meeting on January 1.
