Rotary Club of Durham-Great Bay and Service Credit Union Team Up for Route 4 Cleanup

Durham, NH – Jun 7, 2025 – In a shared commitment to community service and environmental stewardship, members of the Rotary Club of Durham-Great Bay joined forces with volunteers from Service Credit Union this past weekend to clean up roadside litter along Route 4 in Durham.

Together, the group collected 28 bags of trash from a busy stretch of the highway, helping to beautify the area and promote a cleaner, safer environment for all. This joint effort reflects both organizations’ dedication to making a positive impact in the local community.

“Partnering with Service Credit Union allowed us to amplify our efforts,” said Tom Boisvert, Past President of Rotary Club of Durham Great Bay. “This project is a great example of what we can accomplish when local organizations work together for the good of the community.”

The Rotary Club of Durham Great Bay organizes service projects throughout the year, supporting education, local families, and environmental sustainability.
